The human brain is the center of the human nervous system. All the functions and the decisions of human being have been decided by the brain.The theory of the structure and functions of the mind suggests that the two different sides of the brain control two different modes of thinking. The two types of brain are left brain & right brain. The left hemisphere controls the right have of the body and the right hemisphere controls the left side. While we rely on both hemispheres to process different information, we tend to naturally have one hemisphere that is more dominant than the other. Each individuals have different thinking pattern and different attitudes based on the type of brain. It also suggests that each of us prefers one mode over the other.

Additionally, people are said to prefer one type of thinking over the other. For example, a person who is left-brained is often said to be more logical, analytical, and objective, while a person who is right-brained is said to be more intuitive, thoughtful and subjective. 

In general, the left hemisphere is dominant in language: processing what you hear and handling most of the duties of speaking. It's also in charge of carrying out logic and exact mathematical computations. When you need to retrieve a fact, your left brain pulls it from your memory.

The right hemisphere is mainly in charge of spatial abilities, face recognition and processing music. It performs some math, but only rough estimations and comparisons. The brain's right side also helps us to comprehend visuals and make sense of what we see. It plays a role in language, particularly in interpreting context and a person's tone.

The brain carefully balances and assigns control of certain functions to each side it's all nature's way of ensuring that the brain ultimately splits up tasks to maximize efficiency. Most people are right-hand dominant which is actually controlled by the left side of the brain.
